Epcot After 4:00pm Tickets?

Can anyone buy an Epcot After 4 ticket, or do you have to be a Florida resident or have a corporate code to get one? I remember seeing a standee advertsing them at the Boardwalk reception desk, but I don't know where I would purchase one if I could.

Unfortunately, no. There are no partial day tickets available to customers that are not part of a registered convention.
