You can actually get pictures from FB to post but it's a little tricky. You have to get the image URL (right click, properties) and then use the little image button (or type the bbcode manually) but it can be done (or at least could when I last did it about a month ago).

You have some strange formatting going on with the link. The starting IMG is plain text, and then the rest is a hyperlink. If you make the whole thing plain text in notepad, and then paste it in here, all is well. Where are you getting the links from? Something is translating it before you paste it here into the forum.
You will have to save them to your phone then to a site like photobucket first
Easiest way is to upload them from your iPhone onto a service such as Flickr, then embed them form there.

Nah. I opened a photobucket and figured it out now
I dont believe that Picasa allows any form of embedding of their images.
