They check for ID, as I understand it.

In theory they check ID. If you are caught they will make you pay the difference. 3 years ago year my daughter and I used SoCal Resident Tickets and they even checked my ID the first time they just took out picture and let us go through.

No, any 3 days between now and May 25th, with the exception of the two Easter Break weeks that are Blocked Out. No 14 day fuse unlike most tickets.
