Oh he was arrested after being trespassed prior ... The dumb- added to his criminal record on a place that really wasn't worth it. The place was gutted of most of its content anyways unlike all the other places he has been inside.

-Normally I would not post this information but I believe it needed to be known that someone who pulls these acts was caught and did get in trouble for blatantly doing such stunts.-

I figured something happened, considering the DisneyQuest video is gone. Where'd you learn of this?

If you wish to confirm... Google "Matthew Stcyr Orange County" and first few hits should be links to mug shots and charges. I'd post links but post would be flagged as potential spam due to such few posts from me.

Update As per his criminal complaint, the first charge: Burglary of Structure. It's going to be a rather questionable case for Disney and the Judge.

The Florida Statute:
However, if the burglary is committed within a county that is subject to a state of emergency declared by the Governor under chapter 252 after the declaration of emergency is made and the perpetration of the burglary is facilitated by conditions arising from the emergency, the burglary is a felony of the first degree, punishable as provided in s. 775.082, s. 775.083, or s. 775.084. As used in this subsection, the term “conditions arising from the emergency” means civil unrest, power outages, curfews, voluntary or mandatory evacuations, or a reduction in the presence of or response time for first responders or homeland security personnel. A person arrested for committing a burglary within a county that is subject to such a state of emergency may not be released until the person appears before a committing magistrate at a first appearance hearing. For purposes of sentencing under chapter 921, a felony offense that is reclassified under this subsection is ranked one level above the ranking under s. 921.0022 or s. 921.0023 of the offense committed.

Burglary is a felony of the third degree, punishable as provided in s. 775.082, s. 775.083, or s. 775.084, if, in the course of committing the offense, the offender does not make an assault or battery and is not and does not become armed with a dangerous weapon or explosive, and the offender enters or remains in a:
(a) Structure, and there is not another person in the structure at the time the offender enters or remains

As per my understanding, On 9/02/17 there was no state of emergency civil unrest, power outages, curfews, voluntary or mandatory evacuations, or a reduction in the presence of or response time for first responders or homeland security personnel.

The State of Emergency clause adds additional punishments, it is not the base criteria.

But that would just be trespassing, which is the second thing he was charged with.
Im no lawyer, but in the state of Florida I’m pretty sure he’s looking at third degree felony regardless. If it was a posted construction area, he definitely is whichever charge. They usually file multiple charges to see what sticks.
