Quite a few park references, too. For instance, in "Space Walkies", Mickey and Pluto return from their mission and land in TomorrowLand.

Donald was even heard singing "Miracles From Molecules" from Adventure Thru Inner Space during the credits of "Down The Hatch".

I ADORE the new Mickey shorts. But it isn't the appropriate basis for a full blown attraction dedicated to the mouse. It needs to be standard Mickey.

Jim Hill is claiming that this attraction will not be based on classic Mickey, but the new Disney Channel Mickey instead. Personally I don't buy this.

My question is: Does the new GMR have a relevant tie to Hollywood and films? If so, I'm open to the idea, but if not, it seems to me as if it's poor judgement.

There's universal support for an UPGRADE to GMR and a purpose built Mickey ride...but it has been said that costs are too high...i believe most feel GMR in its current form needs help...

There would be near Universal support for it to be brought into the 21st Century rather than replaced.
