Disney junior dance party during EMH at HS

Do they always have a disney junior dance party at HS on evening EMH nights? Will the construction there cause this to close? If anyone has ever been I would love feedback on how it has been. Do a lot of people exit after fantastic and then the EMH start?

I have no idea about the dance party but evening extra magic hours at DHS can be very crowded. The park is small and short on attractions. I have actually seen it more crowded after Fantasmic.
