Monstropolis taking over animation courtyard would be great! I'm not getting my hopes up for that one though. I'd hope they have SOME sort of plan for that area though once SWL is open.

If they wanted to swap it out, it would have happened with Disneyland's that was done last week. I'm assuming the park can't handle another closure so it probably won't go away for at least a year.

That's what I try to keep telling myself, but it's difficult not to want to enter panic mode when you love something so much and feel like no one else cares to make it a hot topic. :\

There might have been issues with getting permission, because Disney doesn't actually own PJ Masks, Entertainment One does. Disney just has the broadcast rights in the US, which, to my knowledge, is completely separate. They probably don't have the rights to use the characters themselves in the parks.
