I'm trying to recall a video I saw about a team at Disney that was running some prototypical Live Action Roleplaying events in the parks (or.. elsewhere?). It involved the usual quests and running around to different CMs who had different information. There were some improv actors who would say and do whatever was needed to keep the story going. And there was a centralized group of 'game masters' who were monitoring everything on video and relaying information to the CM-actors via earpieces.
Anyone recall what part of the Disney corp structure that was doing that that could help track down the video where they were showing off how they got even the most skeptical and shy participants to be wildly involved (I think it included a wallflower mom stepping up to make a citizen's arrest)?
