Do they still do this if you're staying on the concierge level?

Me and my girl are staying at the 14th Floor Club Level Suite at the Contemporary in October. I asked the Concierge the same question and they said that the Direct to Room service applies to Club Level rooms too. They said if we get a text or email stating that our room/suite is available, you can skip the concierge desk and head straight to your room.
