DH and I were pricing out April 2012 cruises on the Dream over the last couple of months. We noticed yesterday that the price went up about $80 for a category 4A room. Anyone else notice this?

I've noticed the prices fluctuating a lot. People are booking in droves and when a ship starts to fill up, the prices are only going up!
It happens all the time with cruises and not just the Disney ones. Once a ship starts to fill up the prices will increase. If you want to do a cruise it is better to book sooner rather than later.
