I just got off the phone w/ a Disney CM adding a room location request to our reservation and I just had to start a post praising these fine CM's.
The people who answer those phones are all around super examples of Disney Service. They are sooooo helpful and beyond patient. They never seem to get the least bit miffed no matter how complicated your requests are. In fact they bubble over trying to help you have the best vacation ever - Sincerely making suggestions as to what else they can assist you with(Dining PS's etc). They are never in a rush to get you off the phone.
Yea for these fine folks! :sohappy: Disney is well represented by these front line cast members.
