Concierge at Disneyland Hotel

Are you able to grab breakfast and still make it to the parks when they open early??

I had the same question. I did some investigating and found out the Starbucks in Downtown Disney opens at 5:00 am. I am staying at the Grand Californian and the Hearthstone Lounge opens at 6:00 am. But that is cutting it close for a 7:00 am EMH at Disney California Adventure opening. I did not check the Disneyland hotel.

I can't imagine the concierge lounge wouldn't be available prior to early entry, but to be sure, you would need to call the resort and ask.

Fairly sure the lounges are open 6-8 ish for breakfast

I read the 5 AM and though- whew! That's early!! But, then I remembered that every time I go to CA, I'm up at 4:30-5 AM watching the morning news because I'm used to central time zone and I just naturally wake up. So, thanks for the info about the Starbuck's cause there's a legit chance I'll be there waiting at their door!!
