Changing Names on Fastpass+ Reservations

For hard-to-get FP+ reservations, is it possible to re-assign the reservation you have to a DIFFERENT person within your party (using the MyDisneyExperience website / app for instance)? Is there another way?

Or is it okay to just give your MagicBand to a different person in your party if you want to let someone else in your party use a FP+ reservation that is actually in your name?

You can just give your magic band to another member of your party. We switched our bands around a lot.
