Champion is joining the team at the ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex. The sporting goods company is opening a Custom Tee Center where you can have your event t-shirt personalized with a custom design to celebrate your accomplishments. Take your event t-shirt to the Center and add a phrase like 1st Place or Tournament Champions anywhere on the tee for less than $5.00. In less than 15 minutes, your choice of one of 50 designs will be added to your t-shirt. The Custom Tee Center by Champion is located inside the Jostens Center at the Wide World of Sports.

At larger sporting events, mobile locations will be set up and you can add the designs to your shirt right there at your event.

They didn't. According to the Hanes corporate site at http://www.hanesbrands.com/hbi/templates/OurBrands/Default.aspx Champion and Hanes are both brands owned by Hanesbrands Inc. So it's no different than selling Dasani while Coke is listed as the company with the sponsorship.
