Good Evening I can seem to find our ride photos or videos from our trip last week. All other photos are there...just thinking I am missing something pretty obvious...

If everything else is on there but the ride photos, it may have been a Memory Maker glitch (it happened to us in February with Tower of Terror). Contact Guest Support at (407) 560-4300. You can also submit a missing photo claim online: https://mydisneyphotopass.disney.go.com/help-and-support/lost-media .
It would be helpful if you can let them know the approximate time you were on the ride, how many people/identifying clothing or poses, etc. They located our missing photos in less than 24 hours and added them to the account.
