The Malware scan was very quick. To do a proper job, you are looking at more like 30 mins or so.
https://www.malwarebytes.org/antimalware/ is highly rated and fixes most issues if they are caused by Malware.

I can't say what the issue is without being on the PC, but it is definitely an issue with your machine.

If it were my machine I would do one of the following:

1. Run https://www.malwarebytes.org/antimalware/
2. Try Chrome and Firefox. Never use IE11, it is extremely insecure and suffers low performance compared to the other two.
3. Install Windows 10. I see you have the update icon in the Task Bar. Windows 7 is very old now, and an update may help.

Thanks for the info. We will try this version of malware tonight. We did run another version a few days ago and today with no issues.
We will be offline for a few hours now and will try again later. May upgrade to Windows 10 next week.
Thanks for the help.

No problem. Good luck, and let me know the outcome of any of those approaches.

Looks like your IE installation has some Browser Helper Objects loaded creating extra toolbars across top. I have seen these coupon apps and other search assistant do this and while they are not viruses they are good at screwing up your browsers normal functions. Malwarebytes should highlight them for you. Your Chrome screen shot does not show any other toolbars except Norton.
