Calling all gearheads

Need some informed perspective.

I've not upgraded my DSLR in a few years. Canon 30D. Just had a CLA from the most reputable shop in the area. Corrected a backfocus issue but I'm not 100% sure it's as right as could be. But between my film bodies and other digitals, I've not bothered too much with it.

Is it worth upgrading to a 60/70D or a T5i? In a sense, the only thing I think I'm getting is higher ISO capability. At least relative to my shooting needs. I've sorta kept up on the picky details of the hardware but not in detail. And I'm all-in with EF-s mounts - too much invested in L glass.

Thoughts?

There would be a fairly large difference between a 30d and say a 70d. Much higher resolution, significantly improved ISO performance, and better AF. Pretty much every system on the camera will be a big improvement over what you have.
