Booking Enchanted Extras

My trip's 60 day mark is coming up on Wednesday and I've seen conflicting times of when the bookings open for the Enchanted Extras. Is it midnight or 6am Eastern? Also can you also book 60 +10 days for both the extras and dining reservations? We really want to book the Up Close with Rhinos which appears insanely popular. Want to give myself the best chance to book.

They open at midnight.

If staying onsite you can book for the 60+10

If you’re from the UK you will need a vpn to book most of them.
