Thanks a lot. If its ok with you could you also ask about the third park i was told about from a universal executive last year and about the two other hotels possibly planned that arent gonna b loews hotels(although i wish they were loews hotels). Thanks a lot.

Well, I went. I'm not sure where you're talking about behind MIB. I couldn't quite find anything from the park or driving. I asked about the Loews Hotels and I was told that as long as Loews is willing to build hotels, that's who will own them. Hope that answered your question about the hotel thing, at least. I'll keep on looking on the MIB thing.

Well, the MIB/Springfield plot (what this thread mentions) has been rumored for where the KidZone replacement could go (then KidZone's current spot would be used for something else)

Personally, I'd love to see Tokyo in that plot (Godzilla, Hello Kitty, martial arts, Pacific Rim, Pokemon, Attack on Titan... so many possibilities). MIB and Fear Factor could be used to expand London (Doctor Who, Sherlock, James Bond... lots of great options). Rework the other lands

Then the areas could be:
  1. Los Angeles
  2. New York City
  3. San Francisco
  4. London/Diagon Alley
  5. Tokyo
  6. Springfield
  7. Cartoon Village (SpongeBob, TMNT, MLP, Coraline, Dora, Curious George, Woody Woodpecker)
  8. Hollywood

Was behind MIB last October at HHN queuing for Halloween. Not much there other than bins and backstage roads from what we could see.

I'd love to see Attack on Titan and Neon Genesis Evangelion. I wish they would build a haunted house themed to Scooby Doo too. I can't figure out why someone hasn't done that yet.

Attack on Titan would be a scary ride if they could figure out how to get a Titan to chase your ride vehicle :D imagine a giant AA "picking up" your car and almost eating you... so crazy!

But yeah I always thought Universal could have a family-friendly Halloween event, in addition to HHN. Have Scooby-Doo, the Munsters, the Addams Family, Casper, Ghostbusters, the Classic Monsters, Abbott and Costello, Laika, Treehouse of Horror, etc... that'd be a fun event and could essentially be Not-So-Scary with an extra kick (haunted houses, but more comically spooky)

Thanks. That's like saying an empty piece of land on Disney's property may be used for future monetary gain at some point.
Lol just depends on how one interprets soon. But from that press release a few years ago with Universla investing MIB plot should be used for something by 2019/2020 . not that far away I mean Harry Potter phase 1 was four/five years ago so thats my point.

Universal's a little different from Disney, though. Universal actually has to build/grow as a resort, whereas Disney can get away with leaving empty parcels of land throughout because they're already a mega-resort.

I'd say by 2020, plans for something on that huge MIB/Springfield mystery plot will either be in the works, under construction or will be open to the public in time for USF's 30th.
