I attended the Castaway Club reception onboard the Dream a few days ago and they showed a video narrated by Karl Holz, that discussed most of the changes mentioned in this article. One thing he didn't talk about was adding the "dance" party to Animator's Palate. That's a really fun update.

My daughter will be sailing the Wonder in March, so she's very excited about the refurb.
