AP 2014 Room Only Discount

Does anyone know if the AP Room only Discount has been announced for 2014 yet? I booked my room a month or 2 ago and wanted to know if there has been anything yet.

AP Discounts are released pretty close in to your actual travel dates. I would keep an eye out for any discounts and apply them to your reservation as they become available and see which one works best for you!!! Enjoy! Marie

This site (link below) shows historical information on when discounts have been released. No predictions about the future though. I've used this to at least get my expectations in the ballpark. If I'm reading it correctly, last January's (that is, January 2013) AP discounts became available on November 15, 2012.

AP rates for the end of this year haven't been announced yet. Looks like this year the AP discounts have come out a month or two after the GP/Visa ones.

Well, were at the middle of the month now and still no word on any AP Discount not even a new Mickey Monitor yet...This anticipation is Killing me...I just want to knock off a good chunk to make a final payment...

Had already booked the general public discount for POFQ in April. The newly-released AP discount is the SAME. AP perks continue to be stripped away...

Cool was already looking at going with family around my birthday on 4/7 anyway. This is perfect!

That's because neither offered a real discount at POFQ. At the other mods, the GP discount is 25% and the AP discount is 30%. Are you set on FQ? There's always Riverside.

Interesting they release this 45 days prior to the Jan 5 offers. I went with the little ones pkg for Jan 5th. I look at it as I'm getting snack credits, mugs, and 2 day tickets for 4 people for $300 more than the room only and the food we'd buy on our own.

Got my additional 2% off 20 minutes ago.....a whopping $32, but I am not really complaining, that's a qs meal for the three of us.

Also always check other resorts you are interested in as the discounted amounts can and do differ from each other, even in the same category, such as Moderate to another Moderate. The resorts that are more in demand may have a lower discount than one that isnt so popular. Definitely should be looked at to see the pricing difference! Have a great day all!!! Marie
