An Idea To Improve Traffic Flow In Epcot

After looking at Epcot on Google Earth, I came up with an idea that could benefit the flow of traffic at Epcot. My Idea is to create two paths, one from SWNAF and the other from UOE. The two paths would connect near the SSE post show building.

Using tools in photoshop I have created a concept of my idea, along with the original image for a comparison.

Current path layout:

With additional paths constructed between SWNAF and UOE:

I believe this change could improve crowd flow during busy seasons of the year and bring more attention to other epcot pavilions like UoE and WoL.

However a section of Innoventions West would need to go, this would free the space to build a path between SEE and UoE. I am currently unsure whether there's anything of sentimental value in that part of the building. However I'm sure this could be compromised as there is some free space in other parts of the Innoventions Buildings.

Its a good idea. I just don't think though that by the time its done theres gonna be enough guests that better traffic flow in necessary...

Good idea. It would definitely help traffic flow. Though, it did used to be better when CommuniCore had corridors along the whole building, almost acting as a Main Street bypass.

Good idea, but I noticed that in the second picture, you knocked down part of a building to construct the pathway (I'm not sure what building exactly it is). Would that be part of the hub re-development, or was that just a quick Photoshop job? Either way, I love the idea, and agree that it would help traffic flow (as well as giving me more options with routes so that I can avoid those Brazilian tour groups).

I noticed that too. I don't think it is anything special. Sum of all thrills might be there, but I am pretty sure that it is in the opposite building

I do believe it is Sums...All they would have to do is just move it to west since there isn't that much on that side..
