I have to second this.
I'm not sure if it was the same young lady, but when I had an issue with a couple of ADR's for our upcoming visit, her confident and reassuring tone helped me keep my sense of decorum during a conversation that could have gotten ugly because of a lack of knowledge on the part of another CM.
She worked everything out to my satisfaction and I gave her top scores on the follow up survey.
Good, efficient, dedicated, employees are increasingly harder to find and I hope Disney takes good care of the ones that they have because their good work is what keeps people coming back.

I agree, the CMs there are excellent and friendly. Imagine how tedious that job must be and they stay so upbeat.
