IOA- I love the place that sells really hot and spicy chicken fingers....its near the game area in the Lost Continent

Universal- I love the Italian place...( forget the name)...my favorite thing is the BBQ Chicken Pizza!!!!!!!!!

I love Richters, even though it's a biut of a dive. Dunno why, just do.

But my favs would be:

IOA: Green Eggs and Ham from Seuss Landings.

USF: The pastry shop just by the entrance, forget what it is called, but we love to stop there for breakfast pastries.

IoA - Thunder Falls Terrace

USF - Louie's Italian Restaurant

It just wouldn't be a complete trip without eating at both of these dining establishments.

IOA--Mythos is yum, yum, yummy! :slurp: Or if I'm on a budget its Capt. America Cafe.

USF--Anywhere but Mel's Die-In :hurl: I have given that place more than its fair share of chances and each time my meal is sub-par compared to other USF eateries.

It's been forever and an age since I've been to the USF side of the park, let alone eat in there...so I'm stumped on that side.

On the IOA side, Mythos is my number one place with Confisco Grille a close second.

I can't find a reason to eat inside Universal Studios anymore. So much better food at CityWalk, but Islands of Adventure is a different story. Mythos and Confisco Grill are definently the cream of the crop.

I've only ever eaten at Mythos in IOA... and I loved it... that's why each time I go to IOA I go back...

At US... I don't remember ever eating... only been to US 1x, and it didn't impress me, so I haven't been back.

USF - The only place I ever eat here is Louie's.

IOA - My favorites are Cafe4 and Thunder falls Terrace. The Cafe4 has excellent viewing of the Hulk (and you get that great MSHI music piped in the restaurant), and Thunder Falls Terrace has some of the best theme park food I've ever had (the BBQ wings are tasty)

Mythos is the winner hands down. If you sit in the back you get a fantastic view of the Hulk and Dr. dooms also Toon lagoon.

Help?

Hi!
Taking our 4 year old son to Universal for two days and
was wondering if you could recommend any good places
to eat that he would enjoy. Any restaurants have themes
for the younger kids? My Husband and I haven't been to
Universal in over 10 years (our honeymoon) and needless
to say, we didn't spend too much time in the kid sections!
Any help??? Thanks much!!!

Im honestly not really that imppressed with any of the food at the studios.... so Ill just say nascar cafe. I know it's not in the park but its close. :)

For IOA Id deffinately have to say Mythos. Not only is the food delicious but the enviroment is incredible. BTW... Everyone keeps mentioning that Thunder Falls Terrace place. Is that the place just outside of the drop of the jurassic park ride? If so, the last time I was there (which was about 3 weeks ago) there was a rather large sign stating that it was only being used for special events. Is this a seasonal resturaunt or did it just recently stop serving the general public? With so many people recommending the place Id love to try it sometime.
