They took the tarp down and I noticed a cash register inside, maybe they will be opening this up soon.

From now on if I go to Mission: Space and see a ladder anywhere close by I will start laughing and my family will think I've lost it.

I took some pictures yesterday, of what looks to me like a VIP lounge. It's off to the right, facing Test Track. I'm gonna try and get those pictures tonight

Hmmm...we may at least see the gift shop opening this summer, lol...you know...buy a t-shirt for the ride you didn't go on...sounds good to me! Disney has done this before, however...I bought an Alien Encounter t-shirt months before it opened...they could write on the back of the shirts "We Chose To Go, But They Wouldn't Let Us!" or do the old NASA "Delayed Due To Inclement Weather"

lol... this makes sense to me. I remember back in 96' at Universal Studios, there was a massive T2:3D giftshop with everything under the sun yet the attraction wasn't open yet.

There was a tarp over the windows for the gift shop?

I thought it was just tinted windows.
