Right about nowno monorails are running! I was gonna get back to the Poly after partaking in the churro but it seems like EMH at 4:50 pm!

and hopefully they won't take it out on the Cast Members. It was a lighting strike that is beyond there control. The strike caused an overload which caused a small fire to breakout. It will take time to get things back up and running.

Man people will get irate over anything nowadays. This isn't Disney's fault by any means. Lighting struck and caused a fire but people want the system to be back up quickly.

I'm sure these are the same type of people that demand their latte at Starbucks 30 seconds after the cashier calls out the order. I work for SB in NYC and you don't know how many times I'll have a line of drinks and the last person to order will walk over and either take the one I just made, ask me to move their drink to the front of the line up, or ask me for their drink that second.

Well I went back to MK on the Fowler and now heading back to Poly on this rinky dinky "resort launches" boat and there are a ton of people...hope it's orderly during park closing. The folks are hard at work on the MK station so maybe it would be fixed later. Blue is just chillin' at the station right now.

As was posted earlier, lightning struck the beam, which knocked out the MAPO sensors on the beam (anti-collision sensors.) Since MAPO is fail-safe, it gave all the trains a RED Mapo and Emergency stopped them. Until the transmitters are fixed, Express and Resort will be down. Also caused an issue with the MK station console.

I got out of MK at 11:50pm, and it was hell. it took me along time to get to my car.
Bus=90minutes
Ferry= 40minutes prob

I dont wanna imagine immeditally after fireworks.

But i didnt know lightting hit something today
