I am sorry, I looked all over the forums for about fifteen minutes trying to find the post I saw way back over summer. It was easily the funniest thing I ever saw, but I can't find it now. Does anyone have the link to that japanese amusement park that is completely run down and looks like the worst place ever, but is sooo similar to Walt Disney World? I sure hope someone knows what i'm talking about, and if you haven't seen it before... check back in to this post incase someone has the link and places it, because it is the funniest thing I've ever seen before.

Thanks in advance

Thanks for the link.

That is the most bizarre and funniest thing I've seen. Page after page of hysterical photos and some funny comments by the guy who runs the site.

In some bizarre way I want to visit this place. Although I might be a little worried riding some of those rides looking at the shape their in. Plus I don't think I would eat or drink a thing.

I would love to know how much it cost to get!

It's a ripoff of Disneyland, not WDW. WDW never had a Matterhorn or monorails that ran through the Park, not to mention the Castle smaller than the Empire State Building.

? am i going crazy? I feel like this is taken right out of that seinfeld episode when they have the bizarro jerry. the funny thing is, this place was made 6 years after disneyland opened!! they didnt wait very long to completely steal disney's idea, let alone a couple of their rides.
the last thing im going to say about this is:
(disclaimer: you might find this offensive, so dont read on if you dont like offensive things)
If Disney decided to build a theme park in the projects, that is what it would like.

<<It sounds a very intriguing place to visit>>

What Nara dreamland or the projects? LOL!

Whenever I see these pics they make me laugh so hard. My favorite ride, is the stair case.

We know all about the fantastic engineering from Japan... well, this is the opposite end of that.

I think the most disturbing part is that there seems to be NO ONE in the park--not even employees.

Is it so bad that the locals won't even go?

  Ohhhhh my goodness. That is something you don't see everyday. :hammer:

My theory is that the park is supposed to look like this. Why have a major roller coaster that scares people when you can just "paint" a little "fake rust" on the steel coasters and make it appear to be less than safe? :drevil: Who needs some fancy animatronic yeti when a few coats of paint will give you the same reaction?

I agree with on of the posts above. This is actually "Bizarro Disneyland" and is actually well-themed to match that idea. Why have a "stairway to nowhere?" Why not!

Just unbelievable. Thanks for the links!

My personal favorite was the screw coaster

I would have been afraid to go on anything there if I had gone. I never would have gotten on that wooden coaster, even though it looked awesome. I would have been too scared. There's no way they inspect those rides.

I also liked the huge asphalt parking lot with the plastic table and chairs. Was that supposed to be a food court?

That was hysterical. I was wondering if there were any people besides them in the park, funny to see just a group of 6 kids as the only ones they saw.

I do wonder what the cost was to get in as well, should have been free considering the place was dead

That must be the funniest thing I have ever seen. Did they send a spy to take photos of Disney or did they secretly steal the blueprints. I am surprised Disney can't take that to court, not that they would want to but I am just curious.
