ANAHEIM – A man died hours after he was found unresponsive lying on the ground near a six-story parking structure at
Disneyland, police said.
About 8:45 p.m. Sunday, a Disneyland security guard found an injured man lying on the ground near the southwest corner of the Mickey & Friends parking structure near Walnut Street and Magic Way, said Anaheim police Sgt. Rick Martinez.
The six-story Mickey and Friends parking structure, shown here, serves the Disneyland Resort. An injured man, who later died, was found near the parking structure Sunday night.
The man was unresponsive. He was taken to a hospital where he died at 1:30 a.m. Monday, Martinez said.
The man, believed to be in his 40s or 50s, did not have identification on him, but he had a suicide note, Martinez said.
The Orange County coroner is trying to identify the man. Friends and family of the man have not been located, he said.
There was no evidence of foul play, Martinez said.
