Hi everyone
Was just wondering if other passholders have been able to log into the disneyworld passholder site? I have been trying for several days now and its not working. The page set up log in has changed first of all, but then I choose my ticket type, enter in the info, click save, and then it just starts over on that same page. Over and over again. It worked fine a couple weeks ago.

It has changed since I last used it, but after entering my AP info and clicking "Save" it took me to the Passholder site. Maybe you made a typo when you entered info?

Thats what I thought too that I was making a mistake, but I redid it so many times to be sure it was correct, it just wont go through. Unless maybe for some reason my pass info is not connecting properly in disneys system?

I'm not a passholder and really don't even know what website you're talking about but....

By any chance are you using a Mac?

I've been trying to get my resort reservations & access the honeymoon registry website for a while now and it simply does not work on my Mac. I know that they are upgrading the websites and such but it seems as though I have better luck on my PC. I hope they get the websites straightened out soon.

Just a thought.

Not using a mac but I did think it could be something like that, however I even tried in internet explorer and it still wont work. Ill try again, maybe I chose the wrong ticket type but it was the only one that matched mine.

I've sent Disney about three emails now when I've needed to access the website but haven't been able to for whatever reason and their customer service has been outstanding. All three times they responded quickly with exactly what I needed. Worst case scenario, you can always send them an email. Granted, I'd prefer the website just to work.

It's been doing that for me too. I wasn't sure if it's because I'm using a voucher and not an activated pass, but I'm choosing the right type. I know I'm typing the information in correctly because if I make a typo on purpose as a test, it kicks it back and says "information not found."

It's saving your info, it just doesn't go to a new page. Log out, then log back in and it should. I ended up having to delete 10 passes from my profile screen.

Your right!!! That did the trick!! thanks so much! Kinda a funky system tho. and not easy to get into the site from now on, to have to do so many steps.

Logging out and back in again doesn't work either. The WDW site hasn't operated correctly for weeks. Lots of errors and unpredictable behavior. You can try emailing them through the Contact Us link but it's unlikely you will get a response. I've tried many times . . . nothing.

Ok my last message was incorrect, OY. Not working afterall.... it does let me in now, but it doesnt go to a passholder site, it just shows benefits and discounts that come with a pass, but still no passholder news site or any of the contests or features etc etc.
they must be redoing everything i guess.

I had to do what everyone else talked about: login to my account profile itself. Then clear out my AP information. (It was there twice but it made me click "delete" THREE times for some reason.) Once it was ALL gone, I put it BACK in and saved it. Then I crossed my fingers and was able to make it to the Passholder site.

It was a pain. It was stupid because it worked just fine before the change-over, but it works now, so if you haven't already cleared out your stored AP info in the account details, try that first.

tried logging in again today and still no luck:mad:

I hate Disney's website. The Company is just too big to have everything connected to one site. For the longest time it wouldn't even let me enter my passholder number, it kept saying the format was incorrect. Then one day it magically accepted and stored it. I don't think there is any rhyme or reason to the site, just hitting it at the right time (like when Mars is transiting Jupiter and Pluto aligns with Saturn and the Sun).
