After going to WoL on 2-21-05, I conclude there isn't one thing in there that hasn't been ripped out that is worth going to see.... SO no big deal to me. Very disapointing.

Now.....let's open both of these things up for this summer (June-August). They both deserve to have one more busy season to say goodbye :). Congrats to all of those that will be at WDW during this time. Hopefully I'll get to see my favorite Tomorrowland attraction and my favorite Epcot thrill ride (Body Wars) again in July.

What are you refering to...what has been ripped out?

A little bummed as we're leaving in the morning for a 10 day visit and have to head back early on the 20th. Here's hoping they'll open Wonders of Life on Saturday instead of waiting for Sunday.

At least I should get to see the "new" Small World and Timekeeper

Book your trips!

Wonders of Life - Reopening March 20th - April 2nd.
The Timekeeper - Reopening March 19th - April 2nd.

I don't want to sound like a party pooper, but I wont be happy till they're permanently opened.

And you'll probably be less happy when one is replaced with bumper cars and the other just sits there

Great. Now if only it was open before the blackout dates of my Seasonal Pass. Oh well, at least I'll have the last day for both un-blocked. And thankfully it's a saturday.

WOL in general has nothing interesting left in it. It is empty. See for yourself.
It's outdated, but many of the attractions, especially Cranium Command, are still guest favorites, and are still just as enchanting for new guests. :)

Can't agree with you more Grizz! I really wish it would have been open in January. My GF would have LOVED Cranium Command, and I really wanted to see "The Making of Me". Now I'll probably never be able to see it :(

I LOVE Cranium Command!!! Outdated or not, it has always been one of my favorites-definitely a must-see. I hope it's open when I'm there in May.

Yea!

Yea! We'll be there that week! Funny story....
We went when my daughter was about 7 and we did everything with her just taking it all in. At the end of the day, I said "we have time to repeat something - you choose", and she said, "I'd like to see the Making of Me movie again, because I still have some questions." So, we went back through and afterwards she said, "OK. I've got it now". It was hilarious. She's 15 and we've been teasing her about getting a refresher course at Making of Me so I'm thrilled that it will actually be open. Plus, Cranium Command will be even more hilarious now that we have two teenage brains in our house. I can't wait!

I was in EPCOT a few weeks back when Wonders of Life was open. While my dad took my grandparents to UoE, I dragged my mom to Wonders of Life while we waited for them (plus, I wanted to take a look at an old favorite of mine). The whole pavillion is in such sad, sad shape. There are no shops, no places to eat, nowhere to get a soda... Just Body Wars (which had no people in its queue :( ), The Making of Me (which had a total of 7 people in the theatre when I glanced in), Goofy About Health (surprisingly, this was the most busy attraction), and Cranium Command (with hardly anyone waiting to see the show at all).

I played around the pavillion for the most part; my 5 year old brother liked to play in the house, while I enjoyed the old "touch-screen TV games" (which also did not work as well as they used to, :( ) Just a disappointing time, I guess, from a pavillion that used to be one of my favorites. Hmph.

Obviously someone responsible for scheduling the opening of seasonal attractions is having a chuckle with Robin Williams role in Robots (and the fact that he's again opening up his dispute with Disney http://www.contactmusic.com/new/xmlfeed.nsf/mndwebpages/williams%20disney%20is%20cheap)

However this is a good sign. Let's hope El Pirata Y El Perico is also on the seasonal reopening list. Will be a priority when I hit the parks on the 20th for It's a Small World (alas on the 19th I must work minutes away from sun up to sun down.)

What do you mean outdated....a teenage boys mind and hormonal flux is exactly the same  I figure you mean the actor references, but even if you don't recognize them as Cheers or SNL cast and characters, their show is still entertaining. Younger kids wouldn't get the SNL references even when it was new.

I'm so excited, just planned a spur of the moment trip for that week, so I get to see both. Grizz just made my day!

DisneyInsider: There is nothing I hate more than dormant buildings. Glad to see these attractions getting open and not sitting wasting away.

I agree wholeheartedly! In so many threads of change vs classic I've made that comment and just had it passed off as being stuck in the past and resistant to any change. I don't mind quality change and updates, but cannot understand leaving a building dormant with no plan for rennovation or replacement. How long did 20K just sit there. Don't close something until you have a correction or replacement ready!
