So I've been out of it, but I wanted to continue this since I had a chance.

Area by area, park by park, I want to determine the best attraction in Walt Disney World according to the WDW Magic forum.

The Magic Kingdom lands (save Mainstreet, which I'm about to do) and Future World East and West have already been decided, so there's one more spot in Epcot to do: World Showcase.

The contenders thus far. . .
Pirates of the Caribbean
The Haunted Mansion
Splash Mountain
Mickey's Philharmagic
Space Mountain
Spaceship Earth
Soarin'

I do not have one. Only been to Epcot once and it was on July 4th, so it was not a memorable trip. Going to try it again this yr.

I would have to go with "Reflections of China" as well. The panoramic views in that theater of such a great land are astounding. It's nice and air conditioned and I really dig the musical score. If they only had some nice la-z-boy recliners in there......

I voted for Maelstrom (I like the trolls and the "thrill" factor)
but I am also a fan of Gran Fiesta Tour though I preferred it as El Rio del Tiempo.

The American Adventure is great. Innovative, grand storytelling in the finest Disney and EPCOT tradition. Best attraction in WS for me.

But I do not have to see it five times during a vacation, so I got pretty close to voting another attraction. I love Canada, the little gorge before and the garden after the movie. I've only seen the previous version of the movie, which I could see over and over, so I didn't pick it. The two boat rides are fun, with a better re-rideable factor, but just don't compare to the epicness of the AA.

God bless the "Ignore" button.
Even though all the other attractions have the nostalgia factor in their favor, I had to vote for KP.
I know I'm definately the minority, but it's definitely one of the more innovative immersive things Disney has done in recent history.

The American Adventure totally takes the cake for this one. Classic storytelling, wonderful AA's, and possibly the biggest jolt of patriotism once can experience. One of my favorite attractions on property.

It's a tie between Impressions de France and AA. I know that Impressions is far more simplistic than AA but I just love that music.

Who voted for the Friendship boats?

Joking.

Yeah, I'm kinda surprised the number of votes Maelstrom got too, but then again, I voted for El Tiempo de Callaberos..(I know I probably soooo butchered the spelling on that!) Oh well, to each their own.
