So do I.DL just got a big anniversary celebration.But after the big "No 25th for Epcot" I don't know what to expect.

Without giving away too much, I can say that my team and I have our very preliminary plans in line for that significant date...
As for what Disney has planned, prepare for a nice sized lineup of announcements [hopefully] starting later this year... :animwink:

Glad I can be there to brighten the day!
Not that I haven't already told you guys lots about the future of WDW, but I'm expecting another announcement for DHS, one or two for Epcot (depending on how both projects are doing), two for Magic Kingdom and one slightly possible one for Animal Kingdom.
But remember, when I say project, that I don't always mean a completely new attraction... :animwink:

Hmm, very interesting Adam. I bet you wish you can just say what you know, huh? :lol: In any case, I really don't see Disney glossing over a monumental event such as WDW's 40th. So I'm expecting something big.
Also, I can guarantee I'll be there October 1, 2011 regardless of what they have planned. If a WDWCelebrations event will happen, count me in.

In terms of human birthdays - a 40th birthday is a significant celebration - 55 is just mid way betwen 50 and 60

No you have not said enough?? I have no idea what your talking about, could you domb it down a shade for those of us less in the know! Do any of theses announcements mean a new attraction, perhaps a new E ticket?? pleeease!!

Adam already said the possible projects are not completely new attractions.

Well he can't but based on some of the rumors that have been posted and what Adam has said, I would guess these are some of the the projects Adam is referring to.
DHS: Either Star Tours 2.0 or the a Pixar Place Coaster based on Crush's Coaster at DSP.
Epcot: Imagination refurb...maybe Mt. Fuji I don't know of anything beside those 2 rumors.
MK: Space Mountain refurb and I have no clue about what the other project could be. Maybe something in the 20K spot to replace Pooh's Waste of Space.
AK: Rumors of a new C/D ticket have been trickling out.
I do not know anyone with any inside information, this is just some assumptions made from what Adam and other people in the know have stated on the boards.

Some of the announcements are new attractions, some are refurbishments and others... Well, I can't go there yet. :zipit:
Some are, some aren't.
Star Tours- Possibly, but thats still a work in progress. As for Pixar Place, that is a possibility, but it may not end up as a coaster.
Imagination- Hopefully. I don't know much about Mt. Fuji. My expectations are more Future World based (if that tells you anything more).
Space Mountain- The most likely of all of these. Pooh's Playful Spot is here to stay. What will happen behind it is another expectation I have, but not necessarily for the 40th.
AK: I actually have two projects for that park on watch. One is major, the other minor.
