Apartment Hunting in Orlando

I'm going to moving to Orlando rather soon. I've never gone apartment shopping before. Does anyone have any advice to give? Like what kind of things should I consider and be looking for? What does the apartment process entail? And any recommendations of good places to stay? I'm working near Disney so I wanna be near that area. I've been told Hunters Creek. Anywhere else? Thanks.

Mainly look for something that falls within your budget and where you will be comfortable. Do you need good cable TV, high speed internet, parking, gym that sort of thing. And I think most of all is the area safe, dont want to live with the crack dealers.
