What does this mean?

I keep getting a popup from my anti virus program referring me to :http://www.trendmicro.com/vinfo/sec...?VName=MS02-039_SQL_SERVER_RESOLUTION_EXPLOIT.

It only seems happens when I visit this site.

From what I understand it's not something thats really affecting my machine, but some malicious code that's passing through from some server?

The page says:
This detection is not a detection for the vulnerability of your machine. If you got this warning, it is an indication that a malicious piece of code passed through your network or your machine, but was detected by Trend Micro as MS02-039_SQL_SERVER_RESOLUTION_EXPLOIT.

What do I need to do?

I've got PC-cillin, it came preinstalled on the Dell.

After researching it, it seems about on par with MacAfee and Norton.
