I wrote down the time for Splash but I forgot to type it.

Splash was at 100 minutes.

As much as I would like to be down there at WDW, I can do without those wait times. Are there still Fast Passes available in the middle of the day for the popular rides?

yes but keep in mind they can only hand out a certain number of fast passes...because otherwise the system would be pointless and THOSE lines would be long as well...thats why sometimes you can obtain a FP at noon and not ride the ride until almost 4...or even later!!
