Here's some news from New York Comic Con that mentions Disney's plans for Epic Mickey, Oswald the Lucky Rabbit and the new comics series Tales from the Wasteland:

The art for the Oswald book looks fantastic, and the title "Tales from the Wasteland" is really intriguing. Sure looks weird to see Oswald hanging around with Donald and Goofy - even though they're not really Donald and Goofy. Not to mention Horace Horsecollar and Clarabelle Cow (hey, maybe Horace has faded away, but Clarabelle's gotten a new role as Goofy's girlfriend, hasn't she?)
Be sure to click on the thumbnails featuring the Epic Mickey art. It's amazing. I'm really excited about these new developments regarding the video game and the plans to expand upon it. Wouldn't it be weird - but cool - to see Oswald make an appearance in the parks?
