I noticed some discussion on the last thread about a get together, and Stephie mentioned Hershey in April....well, originally, I was thinking of a get together close to Ab's b-day, then she said something about wanting some friends over for a pizza party.....so we were next planning on Gettysburg/Hershey in June and making that our family vacation; in fact I even had a hotel booked. Well, Mike finally got his vacation days approved and his July dates were given to him instead. :shrug: It's right after Abby's church camp week....then Mike said if he really had to pick he preferred Pigeon Forge, TN and Dollywood. Well, it's his vacation from work after all, and I liked that idea, so we booked a cabin for July. April isn't a great month for us to travel, as the kids' school testing will going on then anyway. :shrug:
But I'm still trying to talk him into a week in Orlando in December too. :animwink:

Well, just spent time reviewing spelling words with Joel - most interesting since he hasn't been in school for three days.

So, now that Jen is Pigeon Forge bound, that means NO meet?? Nooo!
We gotta do something!! I wanna meet some new peeeps (Anastasia wants to play with some of the other kiddos too...)!!
What excuse can we have for a get-together??
Nibbs - Doesn't WHF have points he can use for a nice family trip to Baltimore???

Nibbs, to answer your question from the previous thread, I love being at GMR. It was just incredibly cool to rehearse the bandit version of the show, including the Anubis part. For some odd reason, standing there with the robe and headdress on is my favorite.
