Question December IllumiNations and Fantasmic schedule

I'm planning to be at WDW on one of the Saturdays in December -- probably the 12th. (Epcot closes at 9:30 and DHS at 8:00 that day.) Does anyone know how often/when IllumiNations and Fantasmic are performed nightly around that time of year? I'm trying to figure out whether I can squeeze in both in the same evening, as well as dinner (and if dinner, where and when -- I'd like to make a dining reservation if possible, but I don't want to eat at the expense of catching one or both shows).

Thanks!

If the park closes at 9, yes. Apart from the holidays, when it`s a 930 show with the tag on the end.

In December Illuminations will go at 9:30pm every night. Epcot's hours are extended by a half hour in December to allow for the last showing of the Candlelight Processional before Illuminations starts.

10pm IllumiNations gave killer laser performance. 9pm in the summer isnt really dark enough, especially with the new color lasers.

EPCOT SERIOUSLY needs to be open later...

Wasn't summer at LEAST 11 or 12 some nights?

If Fantasmic has an 8PM show and you position yourself near the exit so you can leave right after the show at 830, you can easily make it to Epcot in time for the 930 RoE.

If Fantasmic is at 830, you'd be cutting it VERY close.

Thanks for the link!

I think I'm going to skip out on Fantasmic, as I'm now planning to get dinner at the AKL and then try to catch the last Candlelight Processional and IllumiNations at Epcot.

The current dilemma is trying to figure out whether I can also squeeze in the Osborne Lights somewhere in there... hopefully, it'll be dark enough by mid-December that they'll be on shortly after 5:00...
