Captain Jacks

Is Captain Jacks still operating at the Market Place/Downtown Disney......we had some great peel and eat shrimp there YEARS ago and the atmosphere was nice.

As far as I know it is - we ate there in May. Probably wouldn't go again though, we weren't very impressed. Portions were small and the food wasn't anything special.

It is still there, the king crab legs are great. I personally love Cap'n Jack's

I ate there in October 2008 and had lobster. I was informed that lobster is being removed off the menue and crab legs were also going. Now when the wife and I ate there in 2006 we ordered the King Crab legs and they were over boiled and appeared to have been sitting in the water for hours. It was the worse meal we had. But we decided to give them a try again in 2008. Honestly if it were my choice, I would pass and go somewhere else.

I wasn't thinking of Capt Jacks as a place to have dinner but rather a few adult beverages and some peel and eat shrimp or clams or whatever appetizer they may have.
