I know he's not really popular, but Tarzan would be cool. I saw him at MNSSHP, and he was hilarious!! What a great CM he was, jumping around & looking at the cameras confused, and playing with one of the female guest hair! :ROFLOL:

Isn't it already a character breakfast? I assume they'd just use the same characters for lunch.

I'm sure it will involve a blue alien and include the word jamboree or celebration. Just a guess though. :lol:

Yes, this.
And it's my least favorite. The food is usually good, great atmosphere...but the character interaction has always been SO rushed and for some reason we tend to have terrible service there. 3 strikes, they're out.
And Donald isn't even inside anymore...it's his breakfast and you meet him outside before you go in, so he can't sign. My dd was not a happy camper.

I am not either but the breakfast there is one of the best on property I think. If we have DDP and are going to AK, Tusker House is a must. Lunch would be good, but the menus there for lunch and dinner never interested me :shrug:.

Completey agree. Everytime we have gone there, they have been running at least 45-60 minutes behind. Always the same explanation "A computer error in the reservation system" ironically months/years apart and always seemingly when we're there. Just say it how it is, you overbooked and you won't let people in until the room is COMPLETELY empty (we were looking in the windows to 2 completely empty rooms but they wouldn't let people in because there were still guests in the other room). We actually went and rode Kiliman. Safari and came back and still hadn't been called. So, when you get in, it's rush, rush, rush. This last time the characters didn't even come to us, we had to wait in line to see them in the main buffet area. That is not a character meal to me. I can wait in line anywhere. The last 2 times we had a later reservation and since they were running so far behind they they were running into the lunch time and stopping bringing out fresh food. People were getting really upset. Overall, nice theme and good food but EVERY visit has been bad and taken away too much time in a park that has limited hours to begin with. Just not worth it. DAK is light on dining options anyway. Now we have a nice breakfast before hitting the park, a CS lunch and a great dinner elsewhere. No wasted time and everyone is happy.

The place is a cattle drive chow hall, very rushed and a zoo. Oh wait it is AK afterall haha. The food however is good, but not worth the chaos.

New character meal should feature the performers from Lion King show
who wouldn't love a photo op with the tumble monkeys?
the meal should feature all 4 of the main singers, a couple of tumble monkeys, the two birds, and outside for photos timon and maybe two of the animal characters (zebra and gazelle would be my choices)
would be unique and fit right in with the african theme

tuskor house character meal
i thought about the other animal characters but the space between tables in some areas are hard for donald and friends to navigate around
we normally do tuskor house twice on every trip, i love the food there but see what problems the characters have in certain areas of the place
face characters would do better getting around the room with ease, and would not have to rush as much as the fur characters have to do now
terk baloo flik and friends already have their meet and greets around the park, give us something new and not available in every park multiple times
either performers from lion king show or possibly change it up around the holidays and change it to nemo and friends performers

I think the Jungle Story animal characters would work well.
The Bambi characters would fit in nicely also.

I really thought that Up should have a presence in AK. Would be neat to see Paradise Falls somewhere around.
