I was just wondering if anyone knew if the Crystal Palace had closed yet? Have the character meals started at Liberty Tree? I was also wondering how they are letting people into the park before opening, is it roped off all around LTT?

Yes, the Crystal Palace is closed (and there are walls up around the restaurant).
And yes, LTT has started the character meals there.

The Crystal Palace is closed Jan 3rd to Feb 14 according to WDW. I have not heard of them starting up characters again at Liberity TAVERN we are going end of april and I was told no.
they are only keeping the characters at Liberty Tree for the length of the crystal palace refurb
