It looks a heck of a lot like one of the desserts I've seen on the Food Network Challanges. They had to design a dessert around one of the new attractions for the Happiest Celebration on Earth... that one is dedicated to Lights Motors Action.
Then again, I could have hallucinated the whole thing... :lookaroun
