it's hard to distinguish what a good picture is....versus... what good topiary was done....i am having trouble finding a happy median...lol. this one is tough to judge...

Naw, I'm pretty sure it's near France's main entrance, sitting between the fountains and the International Gateway waterway.Huh.. I could have sworn it was in the Victoria gardens thingy outside Le Cellier... I guess this calls for another trip back to find out for myself
