I may be new to the forum but, I'm no Disney-dummie. In some of your discussions you use abbreviations a game show expert can't figure. I know the basics, wdw, dca, and even cm. So how about giving out some of your best ones. Thanx!

CBR always throws me for a loop and takes me days to figure out - each time.

The park-specific ones tend to be a problem for people not familure with the parks.

Using baby letters helps, for example:

WoL instead of WOL
UoE instead of UOE

TT and ToT are easily confused.

People will get really perplexed if you tell them BW, CC, MoM, and P&S are all inside "Dome."

Sidenote: When people see SE, they often think its some sort of RnRc even though it moves slower than the TTA. How did this come about? Was it some bad fish from the CrC at LS? I just don't get it.. and neither do they!

Thanx!

That list is a bit extreme... we usually only use abbreviations for the major rides; Pirates of the Caribbean (PotC), Spaceship Earth (SE), Big Thunder Mountain Railroad (BTMRR), it's a small world (IASW), Tower of Terror (ToT), Animal Kingdom (AK), Animal Kingdom Lodge (AKL), and Carousel of Progress (CoP) are probably the only ones you will see. If you see different ones, you can most likely make them out from the context of the post... if not, just ask... we won't bite your head off, yet!

HTH..... another one - Hope This Helps! :)
