Wow, a new parade and fireworks... seems like it will be as big as the other parties in the holiday season. Can't wait to hear some of the first reviews next year. Thanks for posting!

Thanks for the information. I might have to go to the event, the lines will be short I'm sure. I'm guessing it will be just like MNSSHP and MVMCP.

Are these "park closes early" events (I forgot)?
Has anyone done an official tally on how many does per year now MK has "close early" special events? It's got to be up over 35-40 days per year now if these are close early days, yeah?

Well, during the quieter times of the year, (such as January - February) the Magic Kingdom will normally close between 6 pm and 8 pm based on projected attendance levels. These special ticketed events only reduce park hours by about an hour or two at most.

I wonder how ridiculous a group of 18-19 year olds would be at something like this? I just might have to go to find out.

Oh heck-- I'd be havin more fun than the little kids

Not ridiculous at all, and if anyone thinks it is then they just don't understand fun. :D

I have two questions about this event..

1. Are they limiting sales to a certain # like they do the XMAS party?

2. Are they having a dance party somewhere like the XMAS party?

Not ridiculous at all. This 37 year old would go
I would take my nephew of course, but I think I would have just as much fun as he would. :D

Is the character dining different at Liberty Tree Tavern during hard ticket
events?

The menu and entertainment is the same, however, the characters may be in themed costumes for the night's event.

No changes at all at Tony's.

Remember, when you visit Disney, everyone becomes a child again! :king:

Trust me you will not be alone, you will see many unescorted "big kids" with no little child in site.
