Love it, one of my favorite rides. I don't remember the yellow though. Was it always that color or just for a brief time?

I honestly don't know. The photo was taken on my first trip in 1986.

OK, thanks. I just remember white and blue so maybe it was painted at some point. I know the entrance to Tomorrowland changed over time as well so it is possible other changes happened.

I checked with Martin and he said it was originally yellow. I have memory of that (so sad). I wonder what else has slipped my mind.

Thanks Pongo. The boat was sitting still for a split second and I had my camera's iso (sensativity to light) upped all the way to a 3200. It was the first time I shot from over the dog, normally I've shot the prisoners looking at the dog. Something about this photo just makes me smile
