Screamscape is so pathetic that they would steal a picture that was posted here days ago and claim it's exclusive news.

Jeez. No kidding. Because I know they didn't contact me about using it, that's for sure.

The decision was Steve's since it's his site. However, they have been on my LiveJournal since for reference and viewing pleasure.

Leave...NOW! And never come back, please.

Don't ever EVER infer that Steve is a coward!:fork:

It is his site, and he made the right decision in taking it down, in my opinion.

I guess screamscape isn't afraid of a little legal action
I think if the picture were going to be removed, it already would have been. Maybe this is a leak Disney wanted to make. The construction wall going up suggests Disney has no reason to hide this anymore, b/c there is no reason to put a construction wall up around a theatre where work will be inside other than to alert guests that something is afoot.

Correct me if I'm wrong here, but wasn't that picture owned by one of our members? She also stated that she never gave permission for it to be posted.

Well that's true, but I wasn't under the impression that she was going to sue Screamscape. Screamscape really should have just had a link posted...

I'm not saying she was....I just know steve pulled the picture...and I'm also sure there are probably copyright laws pertaining to that blueprint in question.

True...that's what I was referring to in my first post. Disney is usually VERY swift to remove pictures that they do not want online, which leads me to believe Disney doesn't care that these pics are out. You can be sure they are very aware that they are online for general viewing.

Well, I think if the blueprint showed actual detail instead of just the title bar area, they might do something. But there's not really any need for the expense of worrying about those two pictures. I'm sure they were ticked, but nothing really was leaked other than the name.

it's not made by WDI. The contractors that made those blueprints just don't have the newer logos. I have a Tower of Terror (FL) blueprint and it has a different company listed on it as printing, but it's of course WDI's design. They just don't make the blueprints.
