When you're in the "Reply to Thread" window, there's a small graphic about the text entry area that looks like a couple of mountains with the sun above them. Click on it and enter the URL of the picture you want to post. As an example, http://photoalbums.wdwmagic.com/data/504/100_0432.jpg entered in the box results in:
