Hehehehe, I am already getting aklimated to my new role, my initial thought about this picture is "Hey that's a DVC location, I won't be able to work there for a few months. That's one of our best locations. I have to earn the right to work there.

Well, its been a year since hurricane frances. BJ, the server from Whispering Canyon playing the drums here in the lobby, had been on for about 48 hours straight at this point. This was the night before the storm really hit hard....

I love it when she gets people up on stage! There was this old guy once who was totally drooling over her and she brought him on stage.....it was all downhill from there....

Minnie was the perfect CM that day. She was so cheerful. She never said a word or stopped smiling even when my then 3 year old daughter had her finger in her nose. She was such a trooper... lol

I had assumed characters weren't considered "castmembers".

Characters are characters - not "castmembers working as characters" - am i right? :veryconfu

I thought "castmembers" was a unique theme. We could've easily had our own "characters" theme contest.

I thought anyone that worked for Disney at the parks/resorts/DD was officially considered a CM?

Picture during the flag lowering ceremony at the MK, that day the flag was presented to a Vietnam era veteran, I think. I still get chills up and down my spine from that set of pictures when I see them! (Only submitting one of the series, a couple others here: Flag Ceremony Pic 1 Flag Ceremony Pic 2 )

Chip at Ohana 8/2005 was just great! He sat down with us and was a hoot! We really had a great time, and he was great with all the kids around us as well.

I'm going to have to agree and say that Characters shouldn't be considered CMs in this contest... You don't say, "Hey I'm going to the CM Breakfast tomorrow at MK. Do you think Donald will be there?" You know? CMs are not in roles per se. You can ask a CM where the bathroom is, but you can't ask a Character, or a CM in a role. I don't think the Character pictures should be considered for this contest.
