    Impressive running by everyone this weekend. Day off today but PRd my 6 miles run yesterday so I earned it. Today was spent eating and being a tourist in my own city, Boston!

    I don't believe that is true. What they recently did is allow express pass to work with the two HP rides. There will still be a standby.

    I think you know the answer to that. Prices only go up. For one year they might freeze prices at best and do a fancy advertising job of saying the cost of ticket plus FP is the price of old ticket alone. But I wouldn't expect that either.

    We went to akl last year for the first time. In August. It was great. However I didn't run at all. It was way too hot...As you well know. Usually we go to WDW in August. Our favorite time as our kids don't go back to school ubtil sept.

    Had to get kids to camp and then needed to do my long run. 9 miles starting at 9:30. Thankfully it is relatively cool for August, but it was still hot. And I changed up my route to include more hills cause I need the training.

    Should have taken Sunday off but ran just a short 3 because it was so nice out. Now sore in my ankles, hips and knees. Should have followed my plan. Now I guess I'll be taking a few days off. But it's not too bad!

    Morning 9.5 miles along the Mystic river and lakes. Cool but humid. I got my legs for the Ragnar reach the beach. First leg is short downhill 3 miles. Second is a grueling 9.5 miles with lots of elevation change. And the last is 4.5 miles and not too bad. Guess I need to practice hills.

    Up to about 4 is OK on a treadmill. Beyond that which start to go crazy!

    4 miles this am. Hot for Boston. Well, actually just humid. I need to get a long run in this week. Might be OK treadmill. Speaking of which, I still cant properly review it. Has a million squeaks and I've been hunting them down one by one. However my kids love it and don't mind the squeaks.

    It's gonna be crazy. Traffic is already terrible around here. Meanwhile the Longfellow bridge has been partially closed for renovations for years!!

    Had DW drive me into Mass General with her (where she works) and then ran out past MIT, Harvard, and Tufts. Cool drizzly day and perfect for what ended up being 10.3 miles.

    Aiming for long run of 8-10 yesterday. Only managed a hair under 5. So humid and gross and I was so slow. Looked like I was swimming when I returned.

    Only used a couple of times. Outdoor weather has been great. But I expect to review shortly.

    Nice job! I'm about to go on a slow and easy run. Who knows!! And I just discovered that runkeeper has a "fix GPS" option. After you run. When applied, all of my runs are 5% shorter and paces 5% slower. :(. My 10 yesterday was more like 9.5.

    Long run. 10 slow miles. But I did it two weeks in a row.
